Weber Kettle Grill

They stopped making them in 2000, and replaced them with a newer nylon molded handle. I’d like to replace mine with the old style wooden lid, and side handles. Any place where you can get them?

Please help….

I have a Weber One-Touch Platinum 22 1/2" grill that I love. However the metal plates that cover the bottom vents of the grill are bent up in a way that makes it impossible to seal air out of the grill/regulate heat and whatnot. The bent parts in particular are shown as parts 29, 30, and 31 as shown in the users manual: http://www.weber.com/manuals/pdf_files/2008_updated/30793_42705_2008.pdf.

If anyone has any ideas please answer.
I already tried to take it apart but was unsuccessful. I believe that part came pre-assembled and to remove it would cause me to damage the grill and i would not be able to put it back together.

I am going to buy a mini grill at target and I have an idea on how to use it, but before I buy it, I want to make sure. So how do you use a mini grill, lets say for cheese burgers?

Did all the Marlboro last contest and they said my Weber grill was on it’s way have not got it yet did they run out when they got to me. How long did it take to get after they said it was on it’s way.

so my mom bought some ribs thinking we can just cook it
but i think it would be kind of hard to cook ribs on our tiny weber grill
how can i cook it? small tray of water and lit coals an unlit coals to cook it slow?

Would replacing the hose along with the attached threaded collar and (I think ) the regulator fix this?

I want to go buy a weber gas grill this evening but the only way I have to pick it up is in my Chevy Lumina. Would it be okay to lay the grill on its side in my trunk and tie the trunk down with some rope? I don’t want to damage the grill so hopefully someone will be able to tell me if this would be okay?

I was looking at a picture of it and was wondering if that would eventually cause concerns with cooking or even start a fire?

I went to the Weber Grill in Indianapolis for dinner last Thursday and ordered the baked onion soup. It was out of this world. No other french onion soup I have ever had even comes close. If you have had this and have a recipe that will help me, please let me know. I can’t stop my taste buds from thinking about this soup!

I’m looking to sell my 9 yo working 3 burner WEBER gas grill. I’m not sure how much to ask. Grates were replaced about 3 years ago, look great. Some chipped paint on sides of lid. Sometimes makes a humming noise when gas burners are lit. What should I ask for it?
